Instructions:-

The following are the steps for online application.

First download the blank application form and go through it. Download

Get the access key. For that click on "online application " link. You will get the login page. Now click on "get access key" link. In this page give the name of the firm and pan number. Then press ok. System will give a 14 digit no. which is the access key.

Now logon into the system using user id and access key.

You will get the menu.

You can enter the data in staggered mode also.

After completing the fill up of all the options you can take the print out for checking and also can modify the data in the system.

For taking the final printout which you have to submit, you have to first click the link "final submit".

After that no data can be modified. You can only take the printout where the final copy is written, which you have to signed properly and submit to the department.

For Joint Venture get the Access Key for Lead Partner only and Enter the data of Support Partner by "select partner" link from menu page.
